When Tom Clancy’s The Division launched in March, it was off to a shaky start. There were a few issues here and there, but players still flocked the game and received it well. Things started taking a turn for the worse when The Division update came in April. Despite being free, the April content update was a bit of a failure. Slowly, more and more players began exploiting the game, while those who chose to play fair was at a disadvantage.
The new Incursion mode did not help too as players began exploiting it as well. Ubisoft and the players are currently in a tight battle of discovering and fixing errors in the game, and with another free content update looming, can Ubisoft redeem itself with the Conflict update after this month’s long list of errors? Here’s what you can expect in The Division update next month.
New Incursion
Incursions are off to a rough start with Falcon Lost. Aside from being repetitive, the mode just really didn’t sit well with players as the rewards are low. Next month, Ubisoft will introduce a new Incursion set at the iconic Columbus Circle. Ubisoft has yet to detail the features coming in with the new Incursion, but we’re hoping they’ll make it more exciting. Hopefully, they’ll provide us with better rewards and more exciting gameplay.
New Dark Zone Features
Next month’s free content update is called Conflict. Ubisoft has yet to reveal what Conflict means, but it could be possible that the term refers to a new feature being added into the Dark Zone. There are a lot of features missing in the Dark Zone including proper PVP modes. We’re hoping that Ubisoft is planning to take actions in providing players with a better PVP experience as The Division functions similarly to an MMORPG.
